      "content": "<p>It is possible to extract the zip file with <a href=\"http://www.7-zip.org/download.html\">7-Zip</a>. I would also suggest you to append the file extension <code>.7z</code> to the zip file name, since it's lacking it by default and therefore might confuse your file archiver application. </p>",

I could unpack the archive by installing p7zip-full (<code>sudo apt-get install p7zip-full</code>) and doing <code>7z x Kaggle-NOAA-SeaLions -pPassword</code>.</p>",
