      "content": "<p>It is pretty easy, I downloaded the data set with \"uGet\" with my kaggle cookie. With 16 connections (~10M/s), it only took me 3 hours to download.</p>\n\n<p>By the way, I exported my kaggle cookie with chrome extension \"cookie.txt export\".</p>",
