Thanks much. </p>\n\n<p>Kaggle's R 3.6.0 disallows to install.packages(\"gifski\") and of course other packages, because it cannot find the library path inside Kaggle. I have tried almost a day trying either upgrade the private kernel, or upload packages, or direct Kaggle to some other R mirrors, etc, all failed....Any direction for me?</p>",
