You need to have a notebook and submit the URL of that notebook to be reviewed by the NFL team, however the notebook doesn't need to be submitted to the competition as you might in another Kaggle competition. I know it's a small distinction, but the notebooks in these competitions tell a story and analyze a problem without necessarily making a specific prediction. The instructions on the submission page will help you understand what we're looking for
