  "content": "<p>If you try to submit that message will appear:</p>\n<p>\"Cannot submit\"</p>\n<p>\"An Evaluation system has not been configured for this competition.<br>\nSubmissions have been disabled for this competition.\"</p>\n<p>If you've already tried to submit that's the message that you'll find.</p>\n<p>I was this close to make some \"Last Place Harry\" sub. Not gone happen.</p>\n<p>Pretty nice feature.  I'm already unsubmittable long before ago. <br>\nUnsubmittable, untaskable. Total (almost) Kaggle Freedom.</p>\n<p>For those that doesn't get what I meant above: Submit on the form.</p>\n<p>Last year, in a Challenge that requires submit form, there was only 3 competitors. Firstly I was informed (by e-mail) that I won the prize. Then in a 2nd e-mail guess who was the only one discarded among the 3.  There was 2 submissions Forms in that Challenge. I got refused in both of them by mail. </p>\n<p>Since then I'm unsubmittable/untaskable. Keeping low expectations like in a Dickens tale.</p>\n<p>Though I'm still focused, motivated and publishing the things Kaggle Freedom allows me.</p>",

I was referring to Challenges that we don't have to submit with a code then download and upload the sub.</p>\n<p>I was just comemorating since  ALL the Previous Data Bowl don't have that kind of submission. </p>\n<p>It's a contest like others that we don't have the regular submissions.  </p>\n<p>What Challenges have in common: In general, many competitors don't participate because  All the code must be Public. And the prize money was very few or inexistent. Which is not the case in this competiton.</p>\n<p>And I've participated from all of them.  I'm used to that kind of submission (form).</p>\n<p>Like in : DS4G - Environmental Insights Explorer,<br>\nBCG -Covid -19 Challenge<br>\nALS Challenge<br>\nLearnPlatform Covid-19 Impact on Digital learning.  <br>\nCovid-19 open Research Challenge and many others.<br>\nClinical Data to aassess diagnosis<br>\nDiagnosis and its clincical spectrum.</p>\n<p>Unfortunately, some in this community don't read properly, have issues interpreting the whole thing or  simply don't have maturity.</p>\n<p>Thanks for trying to help me with the link but I've already read The Submission form in the Menu Overview, before I wrote the topic.</p>",
