  "content": "<p>Dear Participants / Teams,</p>\n<p>Thank you for participating in the MSA Challenge @ The 4th Pazhou AI Competition (Explainable Sentiment Analysis in a Multimodal, Multilingual, and Multicultural Environment). To ensure that we can accurately evaluate the explainability of your submitted models, please note the following requirements for submission and testing:</p>\n<p><strong>1. Model Submission Method</strong><br>\nAlthough the competition is hosted on Kaggle, due to the need to evaluate model explainability, we cannot perform automated testing directly on Kaggle. Please provide, before the submission deadline, a download link to the final complete project files (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or any other publicly accessible file-sharing platform) via email. The link should meet the following conditions:<br>\n• <strong>Direct download available without requiring additional permissions.</strong><br>\n• Includes complete inference code, model files, dependency files (e.g., requirements.txt or environment.yml), and a brief run instruction. For the project template, please refer to the competition description on Kaggle.<br>\n• Sent your project download link to <strong>haifei.zhang1995@gmail.com</strong></p>\n<p><strong>2. Local Testing Environment Requirements</strong><br>\nAs we will run the model inference in a local environment, please ensure that your model and inference scripts work under the following conditions:<br>\n• <strong>Memory requirements: The model must be able to run within 16 GB of CPU RAM and 16 GB of GPU memory during inference.</strong><br>\n• <strong>Model size: The total size of the submitted model files on disk (e.g., .pth, .pt, .bin) must not exceed 8 GB.
