Thank you all for the creativity, rigor, and care you've poured into this challenge.\n\nAs we move toward closing the competition, we want to flag one important requirement for everyone aiming to be in the final ranking and prize selection:\n\n**You must submit your notebook to rank on the leaderboard.**\n\nThe notebook will be used by our team to:\n- Verify that submissions comply with the rules (especially the use of the unmodified `rvq_vae_best.pth` and the fixed RVQ codebook)\n- Confirm reproducibility of your `submission.csv`\n- Finalize the leaderboard and select winners for the Google.org × Signvrse swag packs, research co-authorship invitations, and Impact Story features\n\n**What we need from you:**\n1. Make sure your best-scoring notebook is saved and runs end-to-end on Kaggle within the 9-hour limit\n2. Ensure it reproduces the `submission.csv` you submitted\n3. Keep it attached to your final submission on the competition page\n\nNotebooks that cannot be verified or reproduced will unfortunately not be eligible for prizes, even if they appear on the leaderboard.\n\nIf you have any questions about the process, drop them in this thread and we'll get back to you quickly.\n\nThanks again for being part of this, you're helping build technology that matters for the members of the global Deaf community.
