  "content": "<p>Hello everybody, noob here.</p>\n<p>I'm trying to figure out how to submit my code.  I am trying to follow directions like this post (I am working in R, using a Kaggle Notebook.  (I'd like to attach a screenshot of my completed notebook but apparently this is not allowed).</p>\n<p>I've tried all day to follow the directions in this post, </p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/rtatman/preparing-a-competition-submission-file-in-r\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.kaggle.com/rtatman/preparing-a-competition-submission-file-in-r</a></p>\n<p>but get stuck because I can't find a big blue 'publish' button anywhere on my screen.  </p>\n<p>At other moments I have found the submit button and attempted to select my notebook, but the entry for the .csv in the outbox is greyed out, with no clear direction about how to include the .csv actually sitting in the outbox.</p>\n<p>(To complicate matters, the documentation and the ui seems to have changed over the years, so I am not exactly clear which terminology and ui is still valid).</p>\n<p>Any ideas?</p>",
