They average ~1 day off per week, but that could mean having a day off, then playing 16 straight days and then getting 2 days off in a 5 day stretch. The teams have \"home stands\" meaning that they play home games for 1-2 straight weeks, and then play away games for 1-2 weeks. Teams play in \"series\" i.e. they play the same team for 2-4 straight games, so they're only travelling to 2 or 3 other teams when they're on the road. So it's still a lot of travel, but they're not on flights every single day.</p>",
