      "content": "<p>Hello, I have a desktop app of MLB games dating back to 2010. Game predictions can be made with the app's innovative methodology. It is a complex task, but if you know how to program, you can incorporate a prediction algorithm. Since I can not program myself, I am forced to sell it instead of adding more prediction features to the app. It has potential, which I hope you can see. To help you see, I can perform a demo.
