  "content": "<p>I just wanted to know if I am the only one having issues getting permission to submit my results for this competition?</p>\n<p>I have sent my mobile phone number and waited. Initially I did that about 1 1/2 weeks ago. I tried again yesterday -- more than 24 hours has passed .... I sent my concerns to the Kaggle support .....</p>\n<p>I am now really concern about this since today a submission has to be made before the end of day today 13th of April UTC time ---which I believe is 8:00 pm EST (New York side of the USA)</p>\n<p>Anyone can help me get moving with submission of my first results for the competition before the time is up?</p>",

      "content": "<p>My understanding it will be over after 11:59 pm UTC time April 13th which is 7:59 pm EST; the time zone I live in.....</p>\n<p>If what you say is correct ..... I am really disappointed with Kaggle.... and how they have handled my numerous request for permission for submission and as of yet gotten no response from them....</p>\n<p>If you what you say happens to be true.... then this is truly a sad story to be told....</p>\n<p>It is one thing to lost a competition and be proud that I did my best....</p>\n<p>It is an entirely different, and very sad story not to be allowed to compete for better or worse......</p>\n<p>This is how I currently feel right now .... assuming what you say is true.... because for Kaggle to ignore my requests amounts to me being prevented from competing in any of the competitions.....</p>\n<p>I pretty sure that these competition is open to public (world) at large and preventing someone competing could open them up to laws suits, with respect to discriminating practices if they are not careful....&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Right now I am really feeling discriminated again :( ----Assuming what you say is true....</p>",

I use a technique that seems to produce</p>\n<p>reliable results in all &nbsp;static ML related problems.</p>\n<p>I've never seen anything published about the technique i am using</p>\n<p>So I would like to see how it stacks up in a real world competition &nbsp;</p>\n<p>Rather than playing around with toy sample data.... Here is to hopefull</p>",

So either 1201..... or 001201.....</p>",
