  "content": "<p>How do I install proper version of a library in a notebook?</p>\n<p>I need pytorch-lightning==0.9.0 but when I install the version in console (and remove the old version), the version is still wrong while I run the code. Also, after installation the console says to restart the kernel but every time I do that, all the libraries will be gone.</p>",
