      "content": "<p>There are lots of reasons that may cause this problem. </p>\n<ol>\n<li>You may check if there is another Jupyter process running and shut it down. <br>\n2.Use <code>nvidia-smi</code> to check if your gpu is occupied. and use <code>kill -9 PID</code> to shut it down. <br>\n3.There are some incompatible version of packages. <br>\nOther further seasons you can search in google. Hope this can help you.</li>\n</ol>",
