The public and private samples are all in \"test.csv\", but we just don't know wich ones explecitily are.</p>\n<p>\"Will my account get banned for doing that?\"</p>\n<p>No reason for that.</p>\n<p>\"Also, does the prediction code need to fit within 9 hours?\"</p>\n<p>Not a code competition. If it was the maximum running time would be 12 hours. But in this case if you need more just execute outside kaggle and submit the final \"submission.csv\" file.</p>",
