  "content": "<p>Do our submissions have to finish running before the deadline or do we just have to submit before the deadline to count as valid submission?</p>\n<p>For example, if one is able to successfully submit 1 minute before the deadline but the submission runs longer 1 minute. Would it still be counted as a valid submission?</p>",

      "content": "<p>Rules are ' You should Submit before 11:59 PM'</p>\n<p>If you don't select any Use For Final Score options then your two highest public LB scores are used.</p>\n<p>I do not know if kaggle count 'submitted' as 'scoring finished' or 'scoring started' for finalisation purposes. However, use of 'submit' elsewhere on Kaggle, such as 'submit 5 per day', is aligned with the concept of user pressing submit not scoring finishing.</p>",
