  "content": "<p>Just to make our very first submission (a dummy submission), we commented out code to get predictions.       "content": "<p>I understood what happened here.  Once we submit the code, kaggle takes notebook, created new instance of the container and run it. If notebook fail for any reason (too many memory usage, to many disk usage, syntax error, etc), then the file submission.csv in this instance of container is not created and we see this error. </p>\n<p>Again: The error \"Submission CSV Not Found\" means that the some (unknown for us) error occurs during rerun.</p>",
