  "content": "<p>Hi,</p>\n\n<p>When I try to execute the following line\nfont = ImageFont.truetype('./NotoSansCJKjp-Regular.otf', fontsize, encoding='utf-8')\nI get the below error\nOSError: cannot open resource</p>\n\n<p>The post <a href=\"https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47694421/pil-issue-oserror-cannot-open-resource?rq=1\">here</a> mentions that the issue has been fixed.</p>\n\n<p>Is anyone else facing the same issue or you have resolved please share the solution</p>\n\n<p>Note: using Windows 10 Pro with PIL 6.1.0\nThanks</p>",
