  "content": "<p>I found a few accounts who have never paid (all transactions show actual amount paid as 0), they seem to have many weekly pay plans.  Why would this be happening?  I would guess that there's some sort of free 7 day trial and the system is allowing it to continue on the free pricing model indefinitely.  Here's an example of an account that this is happening to:</p>\n\n<p>Account: 72gJqt1O31E/WoxAEYFn9LHNI6mAZFGera5Q6gvsFkA=\nTotal number of Payment Plan Days: 1456\nPlan list price sum: 0 \nActual amount paid: 0\nNumber of Transactions: 208</p>\n\n<p>I could be missing something, but this happens to quite a few accounts.</p>",
