  "content": "<p>Hello everyone !\nThough I've looked around, I haven't found an answer to my question in the previous topics so I'll put it here : is it normal than some user ids (\"msno\") from the train and test sets are absent from the members database ? I might have a problem in my code, but for each of those 2 sets, among the 1 000 000-something lines I find about 100 000 have no user information attached in the members table...\nThanks in advance !\nGiom</p>",

There are several scenarios that we don't have data in member.csv.\nWe erase user records mostly on behalf of user's request,\ne.g. user wants to change identity in our system, then we will erase his/her old record in membership database.\nHowever, we won't actively delete (unless explicitly specified) the transaction log and behavior log associated with the old identity.</p>",
