Some explanation?</p></li>\n<li><p>In 20160505 the user cancels his suscription and renews with other plan in the next transaction, in 20160621. I think that must be an offer, because the member keeps going with the previous plan in the following transactions after cancelation.</p></li>\n<li><p>This member is obviously in test dataset as the expiration date of the last transaction falls in 2017-3.</p></li>\n<li><p>But this member is also in the train dataset and with is_churn=1! Can someone explain why? Because the user renews his subscription before the expiration date arrives.</p></li>\n</ol>",
