  "content": "<p>Dear organizers,</p>\r\n<p>The official competition rules state that</p>\r\n<p>&quot;One week before the end of the challenge, the team leaders will have to declare the composition of their teams.&quot;</p>\r\n<p>We assume that this means the team composition cannot be changed after 5/25/2012. Is that right? If not, what are allowed --- creating account, adding members, removing members, merging with other teams, ...?</p>\r\n<p>By the way, what is the exact rule for team merging? There seems to be a fine line between team merging and using multiple accounts.</p>\r\n<p>Thank you.</p>",

I personally don't know we can't merge before the statement.&nbsp; So maybe a clear statement at each of the forum is needed and there\r\n shall be a solution for teams who are planning to merge and already sharing results</p>",
