  "content": "<p>Since this competition is centered around TPUs (among other things), seems like a good competition to pose a few specific questions to the masses:</p>\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>What training resources do you use outside Kaggle?</strong></li>\n<li>What training resource outside Kaggle seem to have to greatest cost \\ power trade-off? (In your experience)</li>\n<li>Regarding questions 1 &amp; 2, why?</li>\n</ol>\n\n<p>Curious to hear everyone's various points of view, approaches, resources, learnings, etc.  I don't think there are any wrong answers here, just curious to hear various views since this is something I find myself exploring constantly.</p>\n\n<p>Hope to hear from you!</p>\n\n<p>Thanks and happy learning :)</p>",
