  "content": "<p>Hi, I see one notebook does not run any model but ensemble multiple submission files? My question is 'are we allowed to do this?' If so, we can run models at local or AWS, then use Kaggle notebook to ensemble them, but I feel it does not make sense for code competition.   </p>",
