In a particular kaggle competition, they may want to compete to learn, and maybe want to share some of the ideas or ask some very basic questions in the <strong>Discussion</strong> forum. </p>\n\n<p>Please, <strong>don't be Toxic</strong>. I actually upvoted some comments because they had a negative score, and their comment wasn't something negative (like beginner issues/questions). Yes, it's only one or two downvotes (from few users), still it can discourage participators to post something new, and that's not the point - especially for the beginners. We are all here to learn.</p>",
