  "content": "<p>is open question for any one ,i accept any answer plz just give me some idea.\nWhen someone accept the rules of competition : this one (the competitor), we say is succeed to solve the competition, and without submit it(his solution), he just know hi do it. is it now obliged to give his solution to organizator(host) or any one else like kaggle or respect the license type of competition (like Open Source )?.</p>\n\n<p>more details : accepting the rules of competition ,without submit anything, and read data of competition, are you safe from any way of losing the right of the solution. like if am decided to use the solution(my solution) for my own business, with my own license, \"no one can say you are accepting the rules of competition X, now you should respect that rules(comp X)\".\ni ask this question because is unclarified subject. thanks.</p>",
