  "content": "<p>I tried to submit a notebook (<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/code/seamusbarnes/notebook64fb9a293a\" target=\"_blank\">here</a>, and I received a popup saying \"Cannot submit, Submissions have been disabled for this competition\". I still have 5 submissions remaining today, and have submitted the same notebook successfully in the past.</p>\n<p>Has anyone else had this problem? Have the organisers temporarily disabled submissions and made any sort of announcement about it?</p>",
