The algorithm they use is called <a href=\"https://www.usgs.gov/land-resources/nli/landsat/cfmask-algorithm\">CFMask</a>. As mentioned on the <a href=\"https://github.com/elijahcole/iwildcam2020-rs-demo\">GitHub page</a>, the pixelqa data is automatically generated and should be taken with a grain of salt. </p>\n\n<p>The \"multispectral\" numpy files are 200x200x9, where each of the 9 channels corresponds to a different part of the electromagnetic spectrum.
