      "content": "<p>yep, unfortunately you're too late:\nPre-trained models and external data are allowed in the competition, but need to be posted on the forum <strong>one week before the first stage ends.</strong></p>\n\n<p>btw. I didn't even notice that before, I assumed like with most of the other competitions external data is not allowed :(</p>",
