  "content": "<p>In the competition rules:</p>\n\n<p>OPEN-SOURCE CODE\nA Submission will be ineligible to win a prize if it was developed using code containing or depending on software licensed under an open source license, other than:</p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>an Open Source Initiative-approved license (see <a href=\"http://opensource.org/\">http://opensource.org/</a>); or</li>\n<li>an open source license that prohibits commercial use.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Can someone please clarify what the above means? Is the submission ineligible to win a prize if it was developed using Keras / Tensoflow (both Open-Source)?</p>",
