      "content": "<p>I am under the impression that there are no barriers to publishing based on experiments ran for Kaggle, as long as you are transparent about it. In many cases though, a single competition might not be enough to get published - developing a theory and using competitions are testing environments is probably a good step, but doesn't always represent a solid benchmark.</p>",
