      "content": "<p>Hello,\nCould you please try with the combination of admin/admin for username and password? If you are on a Mac, you could also try resetting the password using the reset_tool_password.sh script in the console_installer folder of the Mac installer download. Run the script with admin user(sudo). Hope this helps.</p>",
