If you want to use the full gui of the DL-SDK you will need a Linux machine that you have root access or a MAC.  Essentially the DL-SDK is a docker image.  If you want to run on Windows use a VM and run Ubuntu 16.04 and then install the DL-SDK on the VM image.  There of course will be a performance hit.</p>",
