  "content": "<p>Although the competition has come to an end, I am very interested in this programming exercise. So my question is - how do you determine whether it is a long or short trial?</p>\n<p>My intuition is that the time for a long trial should be relatively longer than that of a short trial. By finding the difference between events (FeedBackEvent = 1), I can find the time taken between events. Furthermore, I think I should average the time for several events instead of using the time of each event one-by-one.</p>\n<p>So am I thinking in the right direction? Your feedback is very appreciated!</p>",

      "content": "<p>Not sure how others approached it, but my approach was:</p>\n<p>- for each session, measure the total word time for each word in the session (using the diff between first and last feedback events), and track the min word time and max word time for that session</p>\n<p>- for each word in the session, rate it as slow or fast based on how close the word time is to the min or the max word time for that session</p>\n<p>- apply that speed rating to all feedback events in that word</p>\n<p>Hope that helps</p>",
