  "content": "<p>I am having trouble pulling external packages into my Kaggle kernel. \n        1. I tried a workaround  through the 'Add a custom package' option. But when i try to run, the 'GPU' option can not be turned on. \n        2. Another way is to insert \"! pip install xyz\" in code cell, which runs fine during experimentation but when i try to commit , kaggle removes cells which contains \"!\" \n        What could be done?</p>",
