  "content": "<p>I've seen other 2-stages competitions where participants are provided of the stage-1 testset labels for the stage-2 re-run.</p>\n\n<p>In this way, participants could incorporate this data to the training if they like for stage-2.</p>\n\n<p>I'd like to know if the same is going to happend for this competition.</p>\n\n<p>I guess this time we're not going to have these labels... but it is always better to ask.</p>\n\n<p>Thanks in advance.</p>\n\n<p>Cheers</p>",

Although they are both happening in two phases, we view bulk rerun competition format as slightly different and do not plan to release the stage one labels. This is both because Kaggle is doing the stage two inference (instead of participants) and to prevent the stage one leaderboard from getting confusing/polluted after the release of the labels.</p>",
