  "content": "<p>As discussed here: <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/imaterialist-fashion-2020-fgvc7/discussion/142828\">https://www.kaggle.com/c/imaterialist-fashion-2020-fgvc7/discussion/142828</a>, the tensorflow is not working properly on kernels. So I tried to download the dataset in Google Colab but it only downloads bunch of images, train.csv, that json file and sample submission file. </p>\n\n<p>It is not downloading train and test directory containing lots of images.
