      "content": "<p>I use min size of 800 and max size 1333, maintaining aspect ratio, and resize the masks only for submission. Since for Mask-RCNN masks are resized from a small fixed size anyway, there should be no quality loss due to different sizes of masks and images, I think. But I didn't check how resolution influences the score.</p>",
