  "content": "<p>I'm excited to see this challenge once more, thanks for organizing it!</p>\n<p>There's some formatting issues that make it a bit difficult to see when each file's description starts/ends, and the descriptions appear out of order, as <code>rotation_matrix</code> is defined to be \"same as above\" in its first occurrence and is only defined in its last occurrence. Could this be fixed?</p>",
