  "content": "<p>Hello, has anyone been able to install torch geometric and the cluster, scatter, etc dependencies on a windows machine successfully? If so, what kind of environment do you have? Particularly, python version, pytorch version, other things' versions in conda or something else? And did you use pip or conda to install? </p>\n<p>I just really don't like using remote notebooks if I can avoid it. If anyone has had success and knows what they did please do enlighten. </p>",
