Both times I answered that the submission should be ignored and both times, it was counted as a submission. I have no more submission\r\n left today. I submitted an entry in an incorrect format (greater number of rows than allowed) and it counted it as a valid submission. Is this okay?</p>\r\n<p>If I remember correctly, in other contests the submission is not considered valid and we are allowed to make another entry. Can someone please confirm?</p>",
