  "content": "<p>We're excited to launch our third competition focused on analyzing handwritten text, the 2013 ICDAR Gender Precition from Handwriting challenge!</p>\r\n<p>This is a follow up to two previous challenges, the <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/wic2011\">\r\n2011</a>&nbsp;and <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/awic2012\">2012</a> Arabic Writer Identification challenges.</p>\r\n<p>Ali Hassaïne, the designer and host of this competition, will be monitoring the forums and available to answer questions.</p>\r\n<p>Good luck!</p>",
