  "content": "<p>After careful review, the top three winners of the competition are as follows:</p>\n<p>1st USTC-IAT-United <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/gongpengzhao\" target=\"_blank\">@gongpengzhao</a> <br>\n2nd Duong Anh Kiet <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/fdfyaytkt\" target=\"_blank\">@fdfyaytkt</a> <br>\n3rd wwwyyyjjjj <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/wwwyyyjjjj\" target=\"_blank\">@wwwyyyjjjj</a> </p>\n<p>(Results are based on mAP@50 and mAP@all. No matter mAP@50 or mAP@all, the rankings are the same. But it seems that the results for mAP@all are very low, so we did not provide the final scores as last year.)</p>\n<p>Congratulations to the winners for their outstanding performance!</p>\n<p>As mentioned in rule-5:<br>\nThe top three participating users/groups (results are based on Rule-4) have to make their methods and codes public and provide the corresponding GitHub links by May 23 (11:59 PM).</p>\n<p>Just like other Kaggle competitions, you only need to openly share your method in the discussion forum along with a GitHub link. And there is no need to submit a technical report. Thank you.</p>\n<p>The deadline can be extended until May 24(11:59 PM UTC).</p>",
