It's also worth considering that cells can be very dynamic structures, with some proteins changing location following stimulation of the cell by particular signals, major changes to the morphology of the nucleus and cytoskeleton during cell division and differences in protein localisation in different cell types, so plenty to be aware of when considering static images.</p>",
