  "content": "<p>Dear Kaggle Team ( <a href=\"/philculliton\">@philculliton</a>)</p>\n\n<p>The Special prize tab has detailed instructions, however the but last section entitled 'Write your Dockerfile' mentions a template file 'submission_sample.zip' but there is no link, in fact most of the Markdown in that section is mangled.</p>\n\n<p>I appreciate this information is not required immediately, however I want to switch from jupyter notebooks to python scripts, so wouldn't mind getting the structure right from the start.</p>\n\n<p>Many thanks\nSimon</p>",
