  "content": "<p>I'd like to share my baseline for this competition. It's based on amazing fastai courses and library \n<a href=\"https://github.com/fastai/fastai/%22fastai%22\">fastai</a></p>\n\n<p>My way was to simply combine 3 1-channel images (discarding yellow images) to 1 RGB 3-channel image with greate tool <a href=\"https://www.imagemagick.org/script/index.php/%22imagemagick%22\">https://www.imagemagick.org/script/index.php</a></p>\n\n<p>Combining images would be as simple as this command in linux shell:</p>\n\n<pre><code>`convert r.jpg g.jpg b.jpg -channel RGB -combine combined.jpg`\n</code></pre>\n\n<p>So workflow would assume you have a combined images in your train and test folders.</p>\n\n<p>This <a href=\"https://github.com/ademyanchuk/protein_atlas_baseline/blob/master/protein-1.ipynb/%22notebook%22\">notebook</a> would not get you on top of LB, but provide a nice and simple way to start playing with data and experimenting further.</p>",
