And I think the ER seems to be useful. </p>\n\n<p>It has been mentioned in the paper, </p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https://www.nature.com/articles/nbt.4225\">Sullivan, D. P. et al.</a></p>\n\n<blockquote>\n  <p>Loc-CAT outperformed PD in most other classes, particularly on classes with large amounts of training data and endoplasmic reticulum (ER) where Loc-CAT has access to an additional reference channel players in PD did not.</p>\n</blockquote>",
