      "content": "<p>Hi, @wanzhou</p>\n\n<p>Have you tried the data mentioned below(Cell line classification challenge)?\nI accessed the url and found it contains only 9 classes...</p>\n\n<blockquote>\n  <p>The 9 cell lines are: 'A549', 'CACO-2', 'HEK 293', 'HeLa', 'MCF7', 'PC-3', 'RT4', 'U-2 OS', 'U-251 MG'.</p>\n</blockquote>\n\n<p>Other External Data:HPAv18 contains all 27 classes.\nCsv image list and how to download images sample code are aveilable External data thread:\n<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/human-protein-atlas-image-classification/discussion/69984\">https://www.kaggle.com/c/human-protein-atlas-image-classification/discussion/69984</a></p>\n\n<p>I just download the images and counted samples per cell-line x protein-localization pair. \nNow I'm wondering how to cook those information... </p>\n\n<p>You said \"it should be judged first\",\nYou mean you apply Cell-line-classification first \nthen classify protein localization with this extra info as input?</p>",
