"content": "
Hi, I would like to download the full size dataset to participate in the competition.\nGoogle wants me to agree with certain terms and conditions first, and they're quite hard to wrap my head around. So here is my short question:
\n\n
Will I get billed for downloading the dataset from the google cloud platform, or can we download this dataset without cost? I have never used google cloud before...
",

I understand that most people prefer the ease of credit account, but I would prefer a prepaid debit account (i.e. the guarantee that no money is automatically deducted from my BANK account...). Is this a regional thing? Are you sure you didn't either already have a google cloud account, or don't remember agreeing to those (credit, automatic billing) conditions?
\n\n
I would prefer to skip the $300 Free Trial and start paying today in a prepaid fashion instead of automatic billing domiciliation / credit !
",
