  "content": "<p>Good day,</p>\n<p>I want to test my model to see every single organ performance on test images.</p>\n<p>Which maximum score I can get for single organ?</p>\n<p>I mean: I make 4 organs mask equal to zero and the only one organ mask is not zero.</p>\n<p>I can assume it is 0.2 because of we have 5 organs and maximum we can get 1.</p>\n<p>Bit possible not. Please let me know if you think and sure that It is 0.2 or something else.</p>\n<p>For example: I  have tested it for single round mask (inside the circle is 1 outside is 0). I got 0.12 score (for single organ (prostate) 1 rest 0) for such test.  For spleen I got 0.09.</p>\n<p>My current NN (no tiling) give me 0.16 score for prostate only (rest of masks I make 0). Is it Ok score in comparison to your score? How much you maximum get for single organ on test images?</p>\n<p>Thanks for your answer.</p>",

It is difficult to test based on the provided images because of I dont know how pictures look in the test. They are cropped and with changed colors. Why they did not provide at least some of them to see how they look.</p>",
