      "content": "<p>The json file contains a collection (list) of polygons representing the respective mask. </p>\n<ul>\n<li>A polygon is represented as a collection (list) of vertices.</li>\n<li>A vertex is a point represented by a pair of values –– the x,y position</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you took these polygons and plotted them alongside the RLE decoded mask, they SHOULD be the same. I think it's simply another representation for us to use.</p>",
